PAN card of the authorising official who signed the letter.
Official government employee ID card of the applicant issued by the department.

Passport-size photograph and official bank-issued ID card of the applicant.
PAN card of the bank officer applying for DSC.
Aadhaar card of the bank officer for e-KYC verification.
GST registration certificate of the banking organisation.
Active mobile number and email address for OTP and certificate delivery.
PAN card of the banking organisation / institution.
Certificate of incorporation or RBI banking licence certificate of the bank.
Official letter from authorised bank management authorising the officer to obtain DSC.
PAN card and ID card of the authorising bank official who signed the letter.
📋 Documents for DGFT DSC
📌 Note: For DGFT DSC, the IEC Certificate will be uploaded and verified via video. For DSC without GST, latest 3-month bank statement and a business certificate (MSME / Udyam) are required.
Recent passport-size photograph of the applicant.
PAN card of the authorised applicant.
Aadhaar card of the applicant for e-KYC verification.
Import Export Code (IEC) certificate issued by DGFT. This will be uploaded and shown in video during verification.
Active mobile number and email address for OTP and certificate delivery.
Required when GST registration is not available. Must be the most recent 3 months of the business bank account.
MSME or Udyam registration certificate as an alternative to GST when the business is not GST registered.
