1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website svsdigicorp.com ("Website") and/or availing any services offered by SVS DigiCorp ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", "your") and SVS DigiCorp.

2. Services Offered

SVS DigiCorp provides the following services as a Registration Authority (RA) and service facilitator:

•Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) — Class 3 individual and organization DSCs through licensed Certifying Authorities.

•USB Tokens — ePass, Watchdata, and other DSC-compatible cryptographic USB tokens.

•Government Portal Registrations — ICEGATE, NSWS, GeM, APEDA, IREPS, DGFT/IEC, MCA/SPICe+, and other portals.

•Certifications — ISO, ISI, FSSAI, Trademark, and related compliance certifications.

•e-Tender & e-Auction — Registration and bid preparation assistance for government procurement portals.

3. Role of SVS DigiCorp

SVS DigiCorp acts as a facilitator and Registration Authority (RA) for DSC services and as a service provider for government portal registrations. We are not a Certifying Authority (CA), government body, or regulatory authority. The final approval, rejection, or issuance of any certificate, registration, or license rests solely with the respective government authority or Certifying Authority. We assist in document preparation, application filing, and process guidance only.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

✓Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and documents as required.

✓Not submit forged, falsified, or fraudulent documents for any service.

✓Complete video verification and other identity verification steps as required by CAs.

✓Pay the agreed service fees in full before or at the time of service delivery.

✓Safeguard your DSC, USB token, and login credentials after delivery.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and may change without prior notice. Final pricing will be communicated before service commencement. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. Government fees, stamp duties, and portal charges are separate from our service fees and are payable by the client. All fees paid are for professional service and facilitation charges.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once a DSC application has been submitted to the Certifying Authority or a government application has been filed, the service fee is non-refundable. If the application is rejected by the CA or government authority due to document deficiencies on the client's part, no refund will be issued. However, if rejection is due to an error on our part, we will re-process the application at no additional charge. USB tokens and hardware products, once delivered, are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Delivery & Timelines

Service delivery timelines shared are estimates based on normal processing conditions. Actual timelines depend on the respective Certifying Authority or government department and may vary. SVS DigiCorp is not responsible for delays caused by government portal downtime, CA processing backlogs, document verification issues, or any other factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

SVS DigiCorp shall not be held liable for:

•Rejection of applications by government authorities or Certifying Authorities.

•Losses arising from misuse of DSC, USB tokens, or login credentials by the client or unauthorized third parties.

•Government portal downtime, technical glitches, or policy changes.

•Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

•Any loss resulting from information provided by the client being inaccurate or incomplete.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the service fee paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of SVS DigiCorp or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
