Register as a seller on India's official Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and access the country's largest government procurement network. Also explore our e-Tender registration services.
GeM (Government e-Marketplace) is the official online procurement platform of the Government of India, launched by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. It is a one-stop portal where Central and State government departments, public sector enterprises (PSUs), and autonomous bodies procure goods and services from registered sellers.
Why should you register on GeM? The Government of India has mandated that all Central government ministries and departments must procure common-use goods and services through GeM. This makes it India's largest single buyer network. With over ₹4 lakh crore in cumulative procurement, GeM offers massive business opportunities to sellers of all sizes — from individual artisans to large manufacturers.
GeM also provides special benefits for MSMEs and startups — the government mandates that 25% of total procurement must come from MSMEs. Registration is completely free, and sellers can list products, participate in government bids and tenders, and receive payments directly within 10 days of delivery.
GeM allows both sellers and service providers to register and access government procurement opportunities.
Manufacturers, traders, and distributors selling physical products like office supplies, electronics, furniture, and more to government buyers.
Consultants, IT firms, transport providers, and other service companies can offer services to government departments via GeM.
Government mandates 25% procurement from MSMEs and startups. GeM offers dedicated categories and special bidding preferences for small businesses.
