SPICe+ (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company Electronically Plus), commonly known as Spiceform, is the integrated web form introduced by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for incorporating companies in India. It replaced the earlier SPICe form and offers a completely digital, paperless incorporation process.

SPICe+ is mandatory for incorporating Private Limited Companies, One Person Companies (OPC), Section 8 Companies, and Producer Companies. For LLP registration, a separate LLP FiLLiP form is used on the MCA portal. A valid Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is mandatory for all directors and subscribers signing the SPICe+ form.
